Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 1. Orders will be filled with a minimum requirement of $100.00 per order. 2. Please use our part numbers noted on the website. 3. Specify quantity and finish desired. All items are sold per one hundred pieces. 4. Normal stock orders are delivered within 2-3 days. 5. Custom orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks. RETURNS 1. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and authorization number. 2. Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. 3. Merchandise altered in any manner will not be accepted for return. 4. Returns due to our error will receive full credit or replacement plus return freight charges. 5. Returns due to customer error will be replaced with a 20% restocking charge. TERMS OF SHIPMENT FOR OPEN CREDIT ACCOUNTS 1. Net 30 Days on all shipments. 2. F.O.B. Bohemia, New York. 3. Shipments will be made via UPS unless otherwise specified. ESTABLISHING CREDIT 1. New accounts desiring open credit terms should furnish three trade references and one bank reference on company letterhead. 2. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for account to be established. 3. All customers ordering for the first time will be shipped on a COD or CIA basis until credit has been established. 4. We accept major credit cards, Visa, MC, and Amex.
